Casa Sole e Luna situata nella centrale via Umberto I, è un' antica casa, ristrutturata e messa a disposizione per chi voglia passare dei tranquilli momenti di relax. L' appartamento con due camere da letto si trova ad un piano rialzato (primo piano) comprende 2 stanze da letto, bagno, cucina, soggiorno sala TV ed un ampio ingresso ( l' ingresso è adibito a zona reception, da tenere presente il bagno non è in camera come i classici b&b ma per accedere al bagno e cucina si deve attraversare un area in comune, nonostante questo passaggio cucina e bagno sono privati. ) Il monolocale si trova al piano superiore (secondo piano) si accede dall' ingresso tramite una scala e comprende una camera da letto, bagno cucina e terrazza. Tutte le camere da letto hanno condizionatori, i bagni sono forniti di lavatrici e le cucine attrezzate con tutto il necessario. La prima colazione è inclusa col vostro soggiorno e la troverete in cucina, include tutti prodotti imbustati singolarmente: croissant ,plumcake, tortine, yogurt o succhi di frutta, fette biscottate, marmellate, crackers, latte, the, caffè, acqua L'utilizzo del condizionatore è incluso nel periodo che va dal 1 giugno a fine settembre, per ulteriori utilizzi al di fuori di questo periodo contattare l' host, potrebbe avere un costo extra.

 

Casa Sole e Luna, located on the central Via Umberto I, is an old house, renovated and available for those seeking quiet, relaxing moments. The two-bedroom apartment is located on the mezzanine floor (first floor) and includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room/TV room, and a large entrance hall. (The entrance hall is used as a reception area. Please note that the bathroom is not en suite like in typical B&Bs; to access the bathroom and kitchen, you must cross a shared area. However, the kitchen and bathroom are private.) The studio apartment is located on the upper floor (second floor) and is accessed via a staircase from the entrance hall. It includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning, the bathrooms have washing machines, and the kitchens are fully equipped. Breakfast is included with your stay and you will find it in the kitchen, it includes all individually packaged products: croissants, plum cakes, tarts, yogurt or fruit juices, rusks, jams, crackers, milk, tea, coffee, water. The use of the air conditioning is included in the period from June 1st to the end of September, for further use outside this period please contact the host, it may have an extra cost.
